Founder

Lou is the builder who turns equity-centered strategy into reliable platforms. With a background in full-stack engineering at AI startups and a grounding in sociology, she steers architecture, delivery, and operational excellence end-to-end.

Luna Luovula

Co-founder

Luna leads our AI research and bias mitigation strategy. With mathematics roots and experience shipping agentic systems in fintech and web3, she designs models, evaluation loops, and guardrails that prioritize fairness alongside performance.
